Too Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 10-3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10-3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
  • 1 ounce packet of dry onion soup mix

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Line a slow cooker with a disposable liner for no clean up. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over hot buttered noodles or mashed potatoes or rice.
