Seasoned Brisket

Ingredients

  • Beef Brisket
  • 1 can comsume
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • clove of garlic
  • beef broth as necessary to prevent drying

Preparation

Step 1

Trim fat from brisket and place in cooking pan. Mix all ingredients and pour over brisket. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 days. Cover w/foil and bake at 350 for 3 hours. Let cool and slice. Reheat in oven for about 40 minutes and serve on small rolls.
