Ingredients
- 3 lbs. bone-in beef short ribs or pork spare ribs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup dry red wine or beef broth
- 1 T Worchestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
2. Combine water, barbecue sauce, wine or broth, and Worchestershire sauce in a bowl.
3. Place your ribs in crock pot.
4. Pour mixture over ribs.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
