Coleslaw Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. celery seed
• 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish (didn't use)
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• Used 2 tbsp. half & half I think

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; whisk until well blended. Cover and chill. Serve over shredded cabbage.
Makes 1 cup.
