Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 heavy cream
• 2 TBS butter
• 2 TBS minced onion
• 1 package frozen spinach
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 1/2 cup gruyere
• 4 eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Bake shell for 10"
Melt butte
Saute onion
Cook and drain spinach well

Combine spinach, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg and 1 cup gruyere
Beat cream and eggs together and combine with above
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese
Bake at 375 for 30-40"
