Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded swiss or jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk, eggs, salt. Toss cheese with flour and add to egg mixture, add bacon. Pour in pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
