Save 130 calories and 17 grams of fat per serving by substituting 1 tub (8 oz.) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping for the whipped cream.
Variation
Prepare as directed, substituting 1/4 cup milk for the creme de menthe and adding 2 or 3 drops each peppermint extract and green food coloring to the filling mixture before pouring into crust.
Variation
Prepare pie filling and pour into pie crust as directed. Freeze 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Remove pie from freezer a few min. before serving to soften slightly. Store leftover pie in freezer.

Ingredients
- 14 Cream filled cookies or oreo pie crust
- 2 cups Miniature Marshmallows or Kraft marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 tbsp green creme de menthe
- 2 tbsp white creme do menthe
Preparation
Step 1
Crush cookies and add melted butter and press into greased pie pan to form crust or use oreo crust already prepared.
Melt marshmallow with the milk or use marshmallow fluff. Chill.
Whip cream and add to marshmallow mixture.
Add both cremes de menthe.
Mix.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Freeze and serve.
