Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 pinch black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Rinse chicken and pat dry.
3 Line baking sheet with foil and place chicken on foil.
4 In small bowl, combine mustard and garlic powder. Spread over each chicken breast. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.
5 Top with cheese, and bake 45 - 50 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
