SHRIMP DIP

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boiled shrimp
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 pkg gelatin
  • 1 TBLS lemon juice
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • Tabasco to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil shrimp
Over medium heat melt soup and cream cheese
Mix gelatin in 3 TBLs water let sit 5 minutes
Add Gelatin to melted soup mixture
Remove from heat
Pour mixture into bowl add chopped shrimp, mayo, lemon juice, and onions
Stir and add tabasco to taste
Chill for 3 hours before serving
