Peanut Butter Chocolate Candy

Ingredients

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 bag (11.5oz) chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Stir in powdered sugar. Knead with hands until powdered sugar is worked in completely. Refrigerate if not being used immediately.

Form peanut butter into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on wax paper. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish. Roll balls in chocolate and place back onto wax paper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chocolate hardens.
