Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 1/8 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic, and ginger to make the Marinade.
Freeze chicken in Marinade in a 1-gallon ziploc bag.
Thaw.
Pour chicken and Marinade into a baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes.
Serve over Rice.
