Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds butter, room temperature
- zest of one orange
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup honey

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine cranberries and orange zest until finely minced.
Transfer to a kitchen mixer and blend with butter and
honey until fully combined.
Transfer to jars and refrigerate until needed.
