Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wild rice
- 1/2 cup white rice
- 2 cans beef consommé
- 1 clove garlic (may use garlic salt)
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 large onions chopped
- 2 Cups chopped celery
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, chopped
- 1 Cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 lb. cubed beef or other protein
- 1 lb cubed pork
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Step 1
sauté onions and garlic in butter. Remove from heat and add meat. Brown meat lightly. Add rest of ingredients and put into casserole pan. cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 350. Stir once, if dry add water or consommé. last 5 minutes add almonds on top.
