Angel food cake with browned buter icing

Ingredients

• 12 egg whites
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. + 2 T. flour
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. almnd extract
• browned butter icing
• 1/3 c browned butter
• 3 c. pwdered sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3-4 T. cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown butter in frying pan. remove and add to remaining ing spread over angel food cake
beat first four ing together until fluffy. sift together remaining in a separte bowl. add to egg whites, add flavoring. pour into angel food cake pan. bake at 350 degrees 35 min frost with browned butter icing
