Pumpkin Dump Cake

  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter - melted
  • cool whip


Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 75mins


Step 1

Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well and spread into 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture and pat lightly. Sprinkle with pecans. Drizzle butter over pecans. Bake 350 for 1 hour.

Top cooled cake with cool whip.
