  • Bread:
  • 2 cans (340g each) refrigerated country biscuits
  • 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 of a 250g package Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons of milk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cut country biscuit dough into quarters with scissors. Mix sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Roll dough quarters in cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Place half the biscuits in a greased 12-cup fluted tube pan. Drizzle with ¼ cup of the melted butter. Top with remaining biscuit quarters and melted butter.

Top unbaked loaf with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture in bowl. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze (below). Let loaf stand 5 minutes. Invert onto a plate.
