- 1/2 c water
- potatoes onion and carrots

Step 1
Coat sides with flour fry on all sides salt and pepper. add water cover and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours 325 degrees add veg. cook 45 min
gravy
drippings ffrom roast
1/4 c. flour
milk or water or broth
salt and pepper
few drops kitchen bouquet optional
4 T in skillet add flour s and p and bouquet. cook and stir over and heat until bubbly.
2 cups of liquid remove from heat
