Marshmallow Cream Pie

Light and fluffy perfect ending to a heavy meal. Kids and adults love this pie. So easy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup milk (2% or Whole)
- 4 Cups mini-marshmallows
- 1 Pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Pre-made graham cracker crust (or be brave and make your own). The deeper crust works best.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk and marshmallows slowly in a microwave, stir often.
Cool slightly (if it is to hot it will curdle the whipping cream.)
Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed.
Add sugar just before the peaks are formed.
Fold marshmallow mixture into the whipped cream.
Pour mixture into the graham crust.
Chill well.
