Creamcheese Brownie Bars

Ingredients

• Topping :
• 1 package Double Fudge brownie mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 8 ounces soft cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 3 /12 cups ( 1 pound package )
• confectioner's sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine brownie mix, 2 eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Stir in pecans. Spread in baking dish. For topping, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla to cream cheese. Spread over brownie mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes, until edges and top are golden and shiny. Cool completely. Chill well before cutting into bars.
