Oreo and Fudge Ice Cream Cake
- 1/2 c fudge ice cream topping, warmed
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 pkg jello chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 8 oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
- 12 ice cream sandwiches
Pour warm fudge topping into med. bowl. Stir in 1 c of the whipped topping with a wire whisk until it's well blended. Add in the dry pudding mix, stir until blended. If your fudge topping mixture is too thick to spread easily stir in up to 1/4c milk.
Chop oreo cookies into chunks and add to pudding mixture.
Arrange 4 of the ice cream sandwiches side by side on top of foil. Top with pudding mixture and repeat.
Frost the top and sides with the cook whip.
Bring up the foil sides. Double fold top and ends to loosely seal the packet. Freeze at least 4 hrs. before serving. Let stand at room temp. to soften before serving.
