Quick Chocolate Fiber Shake

Ingredients

  • Makes 2 cups
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes
  • 1 tab. Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tab. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1


Place oats in blender, blend one minute. Add milk, ice, cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Blend on high for one minute.
