Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 c milk
  • 1-1/4 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 jumbo eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425.

Pour milk into medium size bowl. Add flour and salt. Beat with mixer until well blended. Do not over beat.

Add eggs one at a time, beating in each until completely blended.

Pour batter into popover cups, filling 3/4 full. Do not scrape bowl.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
