Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Onion
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1 package Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup Lentils, soaked overnight
- 3/4 cup Walnuts
- 100 gram Tomato puree
- 1/2 cup Linseed, ground
- 3 tbsp Wheatgerm
- 5 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 bunch Basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chop and fry onion, celery and mushrooms.
Chops lentils and walnuts, and mix with mushrooms onions and lentils in food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Form patties and place on baking sheet. Bake at 190C for 15 minutes on each side
