Ingredients
- 2 Idaho potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cover potatoes with water, about 5 cups. Add onion, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes until done.
Whip small amount of liquid with sour cream, then add soup, but avoid curdling.
Grate carrots, leeks.
