Lime Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together all of the ingredients. Marinate flank steak, beef or pork tenderloin for 2 to 3 hours or longer before grilling, and venison up to 4 days. Marinate fish no more than 1 hour. Hint: I’ve substituted lemon juice with great success.
