Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels Sprouts
- 1/2 C Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 5-6 Slices Cooked Bacon
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut sprouts in half.
Toss with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
Spread sprouts on oiled sheet pan, cut side down.
Roast in 375˚ pre-heated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Cool sprouts and place them in medium-sized bowl.
Add chopped bacon and parmesan cheese. Dress with lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
