Chocolatey Rice Pops

Garnsh these yummy treats with sprinkles or candy in school colors...sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

  • 3 T. butter
  • 10-oz pkg marshmallows
  • 6-7 c. cripsy rice cereal
  • 12 wooden treat sticks
  • 65-oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate chips, melted
  • Optional: mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, melt butter over low ehat. Add marshmallows; cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat; stir until melted. Remove fromn heat; stir in cereal until well-coated. Press evenly into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Cool slightly; cut into 12 bars. Insert a stick in each; set on wax paper to cool. Dip in melted chocolate to coat; let cool slightly and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with mini chips, if desired.
