Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. Stuffing Mix, chicken flavor
- 1 egg
- 1 C. water

Directions
Mix stuffing, water and egg in mixing bowl. Let moisten for a few minutes. Add in ground chuck and mix well. Place in 9 inch loaf pan. Bake for 60-75 minutes at 375 Degrees. During last fifteen minutes, top with ketchup, barbecue sauce or Heinz Chili Sauce (whatever is your favorite).
