Pineapple Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup assorted bell peppers - green, yellow and red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple - well drained
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • fresh veggies
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a small mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except veggies and chips. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed - 1 to 2 minutes.

Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors, at least 1 hour.

Serve with fresh veggies or chips.
