- 1 bag of frozen diced potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1. Slightly cook the onions in the margarine. Pour into large mixing bowl.
2. Mix all ingredients together, then pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan.
3. Bake at 350° for about one hour. You can add crushed potato chips the last 15 min. for additional flavor.
This makes a small batch; double for a full pan.
