Ingredients

1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
dash of salt
8 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a 3 qt saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar, water, and salt; bring to a boil. Stir in milk and cook over medium heat until hot; stir in vanilla. Pour into 8 glasses. Garnish with whipped topping or mini marshmallows.
