Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cans biscuits (Pillsbury 10 to a can)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick buuter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut biscuits up into 4ths. Mix sugar and cinnamon in gallon ziplock bag. Shake biscuit pieces in bag until coated completely.

In greased Bundt pan sprinkle pecans on bottom. Put biscuit pieces in Bundt pan on top of pecans

Bake 35-40 mins at 350. You may need to cover near the end to prevent overbaking. When done, turn Bundt pan upside down on a plate and tap till bread comes out.

Melt 1 stick of butter and 1 cup brown sugar in microwave.and pour butter & brown sugar mixture over the top.

Great for Breakfast.
