Ingredients

  • 5 kiwis peeled
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 handfull of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • soysauce
  • sugar
  • onion
  • sliced thin beef

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the first 4 ingredients then pour over the sliced meat.
mix and then season with soysauce and sugar to flavor to your likings.

Cook on a grill or in a pan on medium till fully cooked then put chopped onions over the top and cook for a remainding 2 mins.
Serve hot with rice and vegatables.
