Ingredients

    cups ricotta cheese

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 4

    eggs

  • 3

    tsp. flour (heaping)

  • 2-1/2

    cups milk

  • 1-1/2

    tsp. vanilla

  • 9

    " pie shell

  • 3 lb. container will give you 3 pies

Directions

Mix ricotta, flour and sugar together then add the remaining ingredients. Pour into 9" pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 for 1 hour or until done. Pie will seem a little shaky but needs to cool before it completely firms up.
