- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp. flour (heaping)
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 9 " pie shell
- 3 lb. container will give you 3 pies
Mix ricotta, flour and sugar together then add the remaining ingredients. Pour into 9" pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 for 1 hour or until done.
Pie will seem a little shaky but needs to cool before it completely firms up.
