Ingredients
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1/2 gallon apple juice
- 8 cinnamon sticks
- 1-1/4-1-1/2 c sugar
- 1 bottle Everclear
Preparation
Step 1
Bring everything except Everclear to a boil.
Allow to cool.
Take out cinnamon sticks and add Everclear.
Strain through a cheese cloth.
