PISTACHIO SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 {20oz} can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 {3oz} pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups miniature marshmellows {2.5oz}
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (3.5oz)
  • 8 oz. cool whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Place pudding mix in the bowl add the whipped topping and mix well. Add pineapple marshmellows and pecans. Refrigerate.
