Ingredients
- ■3 tablespoons butter
- ■3 tablespoons flour
- ■1/2 teaspoon salt
- ■1/8 teaspoon pepper
- ■1 1/2 cups milk
- ■1 cup grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Don't let it get brown or burn. Stir in milk gradually. Bring it to a boil, or till it gets very hot, so that it thickens. Then stir in your cheese.
