Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 T. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

First you are going to mix up your ground beef, S and P, Garlic, parsley, 1/2 of the bread crumbs and your Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl with your hands. Your going to add your beaten eggs in now with the other half of the bread crumbs. Add your milk at the end. Mix all together. Make sure they are a good texture ant not to soupy so you can roll them into a ball. If you need to add more bread crumbs you can but you don't want them to dry either. Roll into 2 inch balls or 1 inch if you wan them as an appetizer size. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. OR you can saute them in a pan as well till golden brown about 15 minutes.
