Spinach Pie

- Italian Sausage
- Boil in Bag Spinache
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parm
- 2 pkg crescent rolls

Step 1
Cook sausage, cool, slice, set aside. Cut 6 thin slices mozz. Cube the rest, set aside. Cook the 2 boil in bag spinach according to package directions. Crack 4 eggs into bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the grated Parm. or other Italian cheese. Spoon the spinach into frying pan over med. hi heat. Pour egg mixture over the spinach and fold into the spinach until it is little bits of scrambled egg mixed evenly throughout. Lower heat to low. Fold in the sliced sausage and cubed mozz. Open 1 pkg. crescent rolls..line the bottom and sides of pie plate by piecing them together like a puzzle. Pour mixture from fry pan into lined pie plate. Place mozz slices on top. Place 2nd pkg of crescent rolls as top crust. Bake 350 oven for about 40 minutes or until top and bottom crusts are golden brown. Start checking at approx 30 minutes in case diff. in ovens.
