Ingredients

  • 1 6 1/2 can tuna packed inolive oil – do not drain
  • 4 tblsp unsalted butter, softened at room temp
  • 2 tblsp lemon juice
  • 2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 plump fresh garlic clove, peeled

Preparation

Step 1

Place tuna, including oil, in bowl of food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.

Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately or up to 3 days.

Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Mix well

10- 12 servings, can be double.
