I usually use low fat sour cream. Can line pan with aluminum foil and spray with olive oil to keep from doing messy, time-consuming dishes. I also like olive oil because of health issues.

  • 1 pkg. JIFFY cornbread
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and bake in greased 8" or 9" pan at 350 dgrees for 30-40 mins.(I doubled the recipe and put it in a 13 X 9 pan)
