- 1 small red onion
- 4 Tablespons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling.
- Salt an dpepper to Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice, plus extra to taste
- 1 Teaspoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon minced shallot
- 2 balls burata cheese or very good mozzarela cheese.
1. Tposs onion with 1/2 Tablespoon oil and inch of salt
