Moist Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

• 1 chocolate cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 cup semisweet or milk chocolate chips
• powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl mix together cake mix, eggs, mayo, and water with a hand mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Remove from oven and let sit 5 min.

While still hot invert on to a serving platter; cool completely. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top to decorate.
