• 1 1/4 cup Flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 egg seperated
• 3/8 tsp baking powder
• 5/8 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt and cardamon
• 1 1/2 Tbls butter

Step 1

mix dry ingredients. beat egg yolk, add buttermilk and melted butter.
beat egg white and fold into mix
