Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c light olive oil
  • 3 c fresh basil
  • 1/2 c walnuts
  • 1/4 c pistachio or pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c Romano cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Grind all ingredients in a blender (chop/puree).

Makes enough for 6-7 lbs pasta (2 Tbsp per lb).
