Ingredients
- 2 lb of Chili Meat
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 cup Celery
- 1/4 cup Green Pepper
- 2 cans Tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
- 2 can Hot Chili Beans
- 1 can Tamales
- 1 – 4 oz can Green Chilies
- 1 – 16 oz Can Hormel Chili
- Salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Chili Powder
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Cumin

Step 1
Brown meat and drain off grease. Add onions, celery and bell peppers. Brown these and then add Chili Powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
