Ingredients

  • 2 lb of Chili Meat
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup Green Pepper
  • 2 cans Tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 2 can Hot Chili Beans
  • 1 can Tamales
  • 1 – 4 oz can Green Chilies
  • 1 – 16 oz Can Hormel Chili
  • Salt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup Chili Powder
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp Cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and drain off grease. Add onions, celery and bell peppers. Brown these and then add Chili Powder.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
