Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter with brown sugar. Add egg and milk. Mix dry ingredients together and blend in. Add raisins and walnuts last and blend.
Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
