Hoagie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound Genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound processed american cheese
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 12 hoagie rolls torn into pieces for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut ham, salami, cheese into small pieces. Place in large bowl.

2. In med bowl blend mayo and oregano mix well. Put mayo mixutre into ham mixture 1/2 cup at a time until meat and cheese are well coated. Mix onion.

3. Before serving mix in lettuce and tomato. Add 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
