Ingredients
- 1 pound beef Chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worchester sauce
- 1 3 ounce can mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- cooked noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut meat into thin slices.
2. Cook onion and garlic and meat.
3. Mix together ketchup, Worchester sauce and sour cream; add to meat mixture.
4. Add mushrooms; heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
